Ninad Randive
Chairman
Ninad is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Mentor of Sankalpan Group of companies. He founded Sankalpan in 1995 along with Atin Kulkarni, Vice Chairman and Co-Promoter. Ninad leads and manages the global day-to-day business operations at Sankalpan. As the Chairman, he provides direction to the team and sets business goals. He has been involved in setting up several profitable business ventures at Sankalpan like Sankalpan Architects, Sankalpan Infrastructure and Realty businesses to name few. He is a versatile entrepreneur with an innate understanding of the intricacies of global business across an immensely wide cross-section of industries. His dynamic leadership, positive spirit and powerful vision have driven the Sankalpan growth story to a great success. With more than 14 years of experience, he brings in a passion for people and technology and is well respected by his peers and media alike. He is the mastermind behind Sankalpan's prosperity and has been recipient of several awards and honors as a thought leader of the industry. Ninad obtained his bachelors degree in Architecture in 1995. He is also a member of Council of Architecture, Indian Institute of Architects and Indian Institute of Interior Designers.

Atin Kulkarni
Vice Chairman
Atin is the co-founder of Sankalpan Group and is responsible for most of the landmark projects executed till date. He is more of a design person with a penchant for perfection and an uncompromising attitude towards quality and detailing. A thorough professional with a keen sense of detail, Atin is responsible for corporate planning, strategy and oversees all the Design + Build projects at Sankalpan. He also plays a key role in supporting all business development initiatives. Atin has successfully devised various functional processes at the corporate level. He is regarded as the stalwart and is well respected in the industry. Atin holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and has over 14 years industry experience. He is a member of Council of Architecture

Amogh Sule
Director
Amogh is a gem of an architect with a keen eye for sophisticated designs in the industry. He is responsible for most of the accomplished projects at Sankalpan that have become milestones in the architectural and design industry. Amogh also handles complex and diversified technical projects and is the brain behind most of the design concepts and ideas. His patient and focused approach to executing projects has earned him a lot of admiration from his colleagues and customers. He is a Graduate with a Bachelors degree in Architecture and has over 11 year's industry experience. His achievements include Bayer India, Idea Cellular, Lionbridge Technologies and many more.

Kshitij Limaye
Director
Kshitij leads the Sankalpan Group's International ventures covering the Middle Eastern operations & Heads Strategic Business Development Initiatives across geographies & service offerings by Sankalpan. Kshitij is recognized for his strong analytical and strategic planning skills. He excels in putting together complex & customized proposals to provide cutting edge solutions to Sankalpan's customers. Being the youngest amongst all the directors, his dynamic approach towards business has accomplished a number of significant milestones for Sankalpan. His overall focus is on increasing Sankalpan's competitiveness in the market place, improving customer experience and driving innovation in existing business models. Kshitij holds Graduate Diploma in Architecture from Rachna Sansad & has a total industry experience of over 10 years. His noteworthy projects include a LEED-Gold Certified Office Facility for ABN AMRO Bank (now Royal Bank of Scotland) and Microsoft Corporation in Dubai, UAE, amongst others.
